With our 5-layer dedicated production lines with a daily capacity exceeding 50 tons; we produce colored or transparent elastic film - CPP ranging from 165 mm to 240 mm in width and 22 to 100 microns in thickness, while offering industrial film solutions requiring high flexibility with inline slitting capability and single/double-sided corona options.
STRETCH FILM
On our production lines equipped with Nano-Air technology consisting of 33, 55 and 67 layers; we produce stretch films ranging from 8 to 50 microns, with up to 500% elongation, UV additives and customized cling options; in all intermediate sizes from 300 mm to 4500 mm widths, with a total daily capacity exceeding 300 tons.

Loading: Transfer of palletized products to the warehouse, automatic addressing in the digital system and loading onto shipment vehicles are autonomously managed by robotic systems.
This fully integrated robotic system minimizes delivery times while ensuring that each product leaves our factory in perfect condition and exact weight.
In our pre-stretch product, with our production lines exceeding a daily capacity of 20 tons; we manufacture in ultra-thin thicknesses between 5–12 microns and widths ranging from 380 mm to 450 mm. Thanks to our pre-stretch solutions offered with 1, 2 and 3 inch core options; we minimize raw material consumption without compromising performance in film processes, ensuring maximum material efficiency that reduces environmental footprint and optimizes costs.
