With the superior process stability and precise layer management offered by our Aquarex machine technology, we process PA/PE and EVOH-based multilayer structures with flawless thickness uniformity, उत्कृष्ट gloss, and high OTR performance. Leveraging the advantages of the water-quenched system, we develop high mechanical strength films suitable for deep drawing while minimizing raw material consumption. Our MDO units integrated into blown film lines maximize mechanical strength and optical clarity through machine direction orientation, while achieving up to 120% efficiency in raw material usage via micron-level thickness reduction. The low elongation coefficient achieved through precise temperature and speed control provides excellent dimensional stability for high-speed printing and packaging lines. This hybrid orientation process eliminates the need for lamination of different material derivatives, offering a strong solution for a sustainable circular model both technically and cost-wise.
We produce fully recyclable “Monomaterial PE+PE” OPE films—primarily with a precision of 30 microns (and 25 microns)—as a sustainable alternative to PET films, using our 7-layer Varex technology and a daily production capacity of 15 tons.
